Introduction to Pulse Bag Dust Collector
LDC type low-voltage pulse bag filter
-Overview
summary
The LDC pulse bag filter is a dust removal equipment with high dust removal efficiency, stable operation, reliable performance, and easy maintenance. It can be widely used in dust removal systems in various industries such as metallurgy, machinery, chemical engineering, power, and building materials. This equipment has the following main characteristics:
1. The dust removal equipment adopts high-efficiency and low consumption spraying devices, realizing low-pressure and short pulse spraying technology.
2. The filter bag is firmly fixed and easy to disassemble. The filter bag is embedded in the flower board with elastic expansion sewn on the bag mouth, completely preventing dust leakage. The disassembly and assembly of the filter bag is convenient, and there is no pollution when people come into contact with the filter bag briefly.
3. Long filter bag. The filter bag can grow up to 6 meters or longer, greatly exceeding the bag length limit of pulse dust collectors, and has good dust cleaning effect.
4. Small footprint. Single row or double row combination design can be carried out according to the processing gas volume and on-site location.
5. The dust collector itself has no transmission components, and only needs to be inspected during operation, with almost no maintenance.
2、 Structure and Working Principle
The LDC pulse bag filter is mainly composed of several parts, including ash hopper, middle box, upper box, spraying device, and pulse controller
The dusty gas enters the lower part of the middle box and enters the pre dust removal chamber formed by the wind deflector. Large particles of dust fall into the ash hopper due to inertia, and the dusty gas flows up along the wind deflector to the filter bag. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas enters the bag and is discharged from the upper body through the bag mouth. As the filtration time prolongs, the dust layer on the bag continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the equipment resistance rises to a certain value, the dust cleaning device is in a pulse, Under the control of the central control instrument, dust cleaning begins. There are two types of dust cleaning control: timed and pressure controlled, which can be selected according to production needs. During dust cleaning, compressed air passes through the pulse valve in a very short time sequence and is sprayed onto the filter bag through the nozzle on the blowing pipe. Under the acceleration and reverse airflow generated by the expansion of the filter bag, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper. The dust is discharged by the ash discharge valve. After the blowing is completed, the filter bag immediately returns to its filtering state:
Under the control of the controller, the dust collector is periodically cleaned according to certain requirements to maintain a good working condition.
