Heating capacity: 3-110 t/h
Drying → collecting dust → sieving
Drying: The wet sand in the wet material hopper is transported to the rotary dryer heated in the gas chamber through a disc feeder and a wet sand belt conveyor.
Dust collection: The dust generated during the drying process will be collected by the dust removal system and cyclone dust collector, and then dropped by the belt type dry sand conveyor and transported to the linear vibrating screen.
Screening: According to customer requirements, dry sand transported by a conveyor with a dry sand tray is screened into different sizes of sand.
Process technology
The material is transported to the hopper through a belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then conveyed from the hopper to the belt conveyor through a disc feeder. The belt conveyor transports the material to the feeding pipe. The latest energy-saving feeding pipe should have a slope greater than the inclination angle of the material. The bullet hole is designed to facilitate the smooth entry of materials into the dryer. The drum of the dryer is a rotating drum with a small angle to the horizontal line.
On one hand, the material enters the dryer, and on the other hand, the heat transfer agent enters the dryer. Arrive at the unloading hole through the inner cylinder, middle cylinder, and outer cylinder, and finally enter the unloading tank. After the heat carrier passes through the dryer, the heat transfer material needs to be captured by a cyclone dust collector. Before unloading, bag filters or wet dust collectors are used. Finally, a linear vibrating screen separates qualified finished products from dry materials.
working principle
The three-way rotary dryer has three drying zones, divided into three cylinders (inner, middle, and outer), composed of rotating bodies, which effectively heat treat high humidity products in these three drying zones. From the hopper inlet, it enters the internal cylinder where heating the product helps to further evaporate moisture.
The solid part of the product gradually breaks down and is discharged from the outlet through the third final drying zone. The hot air generated in the kiln is transported to the internal cylinder, passes through the middle cylinder and the external cylinder, and then the hot air is transported to the cyclone for dust removal.
