Sludge Dryer

The sludge dryer is suitable for drying urban sludge, electroplating sludge, paper sludge, pta sludge, petrochemical sludge, printing and dyeing sludge, domestic sludge, facial mask sludge, leather sludge, mineral sludge, mud carbon and other sludge raw materials. The sludge drying equipment is designed for drying sludge, which is characterized by high moisture, high viscosity, high water retention and low heat value. It can dry high moisture materials with initial moisture content of less than 50% to final moisture content of less than 16% at one time. The drying time is short, usually 5-30 minutes. After sludge dehydration and drying, the moisture content is low and the volume is reduced, greatly reducing the transportation cost. The sludge drying further reduces the moisture content, which can be used to burn power generation, compost, and building materials.

The working principle of a sludge dryer is that the sludge drying equipment is designed to dry materials such as sludge, which have high moisture content, high viscosity, high water holding capacity, and low heat value. Wet materials enter the dryer, and the high humidity materials are picked up by a plate on the rotating cylinder wall and fall to the top. During the falling process, they are crushed by the crushing device, and hot air passes through the surface of the material for heat and mass transfer. Large pieces of material are continuously crushed into small particles during repeated picking up and dropping, and the surface area increases continuously. They come into contact with the hot air and are dried until they are crushed into small particles, achieving the required water discharge. The fine powder carried by the hot air is collected by the dust collection device.

Components of sludge dryer: The sludge dryer mainly consists of an induced draft fan, a dispersing device, a belt feeder, a feeding machine, a rotary drum, a heat source, a belt discharge machine, an unloader, and a distribution cabinet. Therefore, the working area of a single channel sludge dryer includes a discharge area, an inclined lifting plate area, a cleaning area, and a guide area.

Maintenance of sludge dryer machine:

1. The bearings bear all the load of the machine, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the bearing life. It directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine. Therefore, it is required that the lubricating oil injected must be clean and the seal must be good. The main oil injection points of this machine are (1) rotating bearings, (2) rolling mill bearings, (3) all gears, and (4) movable bearings and sliding surfaces

2. Newly installed wheel rims are prone to loosening and must be checked regularly

3. Pay attention to whether the various parts of the machine are working properly

4. Pay attention to checking the degree of wear of easily worn parts and replace worn parts at any time

5. The base plane of the movable device should be free of dust and other substances to prevent the movable bearings from moving on the base frame when the machine encounters materials that cannot be broken, resulting in serious accidents

6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, the vehicle should be stopped immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.

7. If there is any impact sound during the operation of the rotating gear, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and eliminated
